Team IMO Holding From Portugal To Race Bermuda Grand PrixThe 2006 CD&P Bermuda Grand Prix will, for the first time, include a professional team from Portugal. UCI Continental Team IMOHolding – Loulé Jardim Hotel, which is based in the Algarve region of Portugal, will be arriving in Bermuda on September 5th and will include team riders César Quitério, Joaquim Gregório, Numo Marta and Renato Silva. They will be joined by their director sportif Jorge Piedade. The team’s participation is sponsored by Bermuda Cleaning Limited. Organizers are also working with contacts to bring a composite team from the Caribbean to this year’s race, which will run from September 7 to 10 and involve courses in Hamilton, Southampton, Dockyard and St. David’s. |
